Window Cleaning: Our Basic window cleaning consist of cleaning the glass, Brushing the fly screen and wet wiping the window sills. Free screen cleaning with every complete house cleaning.
For our regular customers we offer a customized maintenance program specially designed to suit their needs, A minimum of $ 75.00 is set for residential window cleaning (single apartments).
Rain Guarantee:
To our Residential customers. If it rains within 7 days of your service and you do not think your windows are clean, We will re-wash the affected exterior windows at no charge to you, Just give us a call to schedule a day.
Power Wash: Low Pressure Wash Only, The exterior is cleaned with a biodegradable detergent presoaks to protect plants and environment. The surface is hand brushed with extension poles reaching two stories and also brushes windows clean. Power Wash Services takes care not to wash water behind siding or windows and leaves no residue or streaking. A spot free rinse is also available.
We clean gutters by hand: The insides are cleaned out and flushed with water. The outsides are then cleaned with a special cleaner made to remove the black streaks. The cleaning of the inside and the streaks are not included in a regular house wash. This is extra please ask when we are completing the estimates.

At Tower Window cleaning we take safety seriously. All our people are OH&S compliant, having received training which includes Workcover induction and Working at Heights certification. We adhere to all requirements in the Workcover act and our people are equipped with all the personal protective equipment necessary to safely carry out all aspects of our work.
Reminder: A free reminder service is also available to help our clients manage their programmed maintenance requirements. When our work is complete, we can recommend a gutter cleaning frequency to suit your property. We will also send a written reminder one week prior to the next recommended appointment.
